Marine Cpl. Evgueniy Todorov, [email protected]
by shanigo on Fri Jan 11, 2013 10:22 pm

Scammer using name of Marine Cpl. Evgueniy Todorov. Contacted me on Match. Quickly asked me to go to Yahoo to chat. Deployed to Kabul Afghanistan (in 3 of 6 month tour). Very polite in his writing, lots of compliments and talk of falling for me after just 2 days. He was divorced 5 years, married for 12 years. Had a biological child who died when he was 4 years old from a car accident. Has an adopted son Gabriel who is now 15 years old. Adopted boy when he was 9 years. Adopted son lives with his mother while he is deployed. Mother lives in Ghana????

I googled the name and he is a real US MArine. Everything I found on the marine was the exact story he was telling me almost vebatim. However, I found more on the real marine that this scammer did not know. God bless the real marine - I wish I could do mor e to help him. http://postimage.org/image/dam5z4kod/ for his picture

Hi there i too have been speaking to some guy in the us military his using the name steve brian hamilton he sent me an email address to ask for army leave which i did got an email back asking for online forms to be filled in and also asking for the sum of $420 im so glad i tryed checking it out on google because i am a single mum on low wages in the uk he dosnt know im on to this scam his email address is [email protected] he claims to have a 9 yr old son who lives with a nanny in the us it wasnt till coming across this information on here that i found out a few hours ago this is a scam. Im actually disgusted that someone can be so heartless, after looking his name up online my oldest daughter discovered that there was a photo of steve hamilton on the us defence site tending to a young child in afganistan these people need looking up im in the uk its almost 3 in the morning i cant sleep im deeply upset by this, ladies please be aware of this as iv found out from here that the u.s and british army dont allow requests like this the soldier himself is the only one allowed to request leave.

Welcome to ScamWarners jojo70, you are correct, civilians have nothing to do with a member of the military receiving leave. This is a typical script a scammer uses.

I want to expose this scammer's email some more, so here it is: [email protected]
