Please note that the cost associated with the processing of the aforementioned documents including your Prepaid Flight Tickets has been undertaken by your employer. Charges for Workers registration Scheme certification (WRS), National Insurance (NI) and Expatriates Quota Approval will also be handled by your employer.

I have been trying to call you all morning but I am unable to get through to you. I did bring your issue at the management meeting earlier this morning but your request was promptly turned down. Reasons being that the management of the housing scheme cannot revert to a policy change. As a matter of fact I was made to look like I wasn’t doing my job properly by bringing up such an issue knowing full well the standard practice of security deposit, as obtained in the UK.

I regret to inform you that your accommodation allocation will be put on hold until you make the required security deposit available. This is because the housing scheme will NOT reverse its policy regarding the security deposit as it is your primary obligation to take care of the security deposit (since you are the intending occupant of the apartment and will be due for a refund of the said deposit).

All over the United Kingdom, tenants are responsible for accommodation security deposit. Management has committed huge amounts of time and resources into your relocation process and personally, I am a wee bit disappointed in the fact that you are not showing the sort of commitment the company expects from you at this stage. While the required deposit might seem high, due to the exchange rate in your country, it is nothing compared to your career development and the future that awaits you here in the UK.

The housing scheme will not alter her laid down existing procedures just to suit one candidate as virtually all of our successful candidates have had their accommodation allocated already and quite a few have already received their immigration documents and will be having their Visa interviews on Monday 28th January 2019.

Ms. Ganan, I sincerely believe that you are not handling this issue as seriously as you should. Is it that you do not understand the magnitude of furthering your career in the third largest economy in the world; an opportunity to give your family a quality life, good healthcare and quality education. I honestly do not understand the reason you have chosen to complicate your relocation process when it should be your priority.

I am not supposed to say this but it may interest you to know that there is a given time frame for you to conclude your relocation process and should you fail to do so, management may withdraw your employment contract, in favour of others who did well during the review process. This is because management wants our new employees to be fully settled here in the UK on/before 20th February 2019 and your continuous delay in processing the requisite documents that will facilitate your Visa procurement is not helping matters at all.

You have been informed of the modalities you are expected to fulfill in order to make this entire recruitment process a success, I strongly advise that you do what is required from your end by making provision for the security deposit and rest assured that as soon as you finalize the processing of your accommodation allocation, management shall put together every relevant documentation that is required from our end to conclude your Visa procurement and other relocation process within the stipulated time frame stated in your contract for your resumption.

This scammer is targeting victims in countries like India, the Philippines and Thailand who are not eligible to work in the UK in the type of jobs a company like this would offer and would therefore not get a visa for working in this type of company. Anyone offering nationals of countries outside of the EU jobs in the UK is a scammer as no visa would be granted for such jobs.

The scammers have stolen the identity of a real company, Prulab Pharma Ltd., who are not involved in the scam.

According to UK company records, the company belongs to a husband and wife and in its last accounts had capital of under £4,000. A tiny company like this would not be offering people from overseas jobs or providing them with properties at rents well below market rates.
