The site gives no contact address and the WHOIS shows a domain privacy company identity.

Other than claiming to be "a leading online advertising company" there is no other detail.

The terms and conditions are sparse and don't even mention an applicable legal jurisdiction, but without knowing who the entity is and where they're located, that's probably sensible.

One-year hidden registration, payment options include Western Union and MoneyGram, not much clue how they work. I think it's a scam.

The phone number appears to be in the United Kingdom, but the supposed payout is in dollars, the phone number is written as if called from somewhere outside the UK and USA (normally they're written +44-... if one expects that they'll be called internationally), and scammers often set up numbers that appear to be in the UK but aren't.

Another red flag: the registration and login pages are unencrypted. The scroll across the bottom of the screen implies payouts are in excess of $100 are common, yet their own statistics ($ paid out/number of members) indicates an average of less than $10 per member.
