The scammer is using stolen credit cards to make bogus reservations, asking to overpay and have the overage sent to a supposed third party. There is no third party, just a scammer trying to steal money from compromised credit cards.
Note the request for an extra $8000 to be charged to the cards for costs for a supposed translator.

Sequelto the above,I will send you my credit card details once I receive yourconfirmation email so that you would charge as agreed/authorized by thepriest.However upon the receipt of my credit card, confirm you will charge asfollows:Take 50% deposit for the cost of your services plus $8,000 USD for theTranslator from my card and send the balance of $8,000 USD to the Translatorfor their other travel logistics like ticketing,insurance etc.


Ireally need you to make the charges for the Translator as she does not have aPOS machines to process her charge and all money for the travel has beencredited to a credit card.
