The following details were passed to me by a victim and this sounds a lot like the "Microsoft" anti-virus scam calls that are doing the rounds.
While it is not one of the normal types of scams that we deal with, I am posting the details here for the search bots to pick up and index.
The victim is called by someone with an Indian accent claiming to be from "Best Help" and saying that there has been an unusual amount of download activity the previous night, that they had detected a large download that could injure the victim's computer, then asked if the computer had been running slower than ususal, and if it had crashed.
On asking for the name of the company and a phone number to call them back for verification, the victim was told to call 860-639-8674, and ask for Sam the "registration manager" and then to ask for Robert Camaroon.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
