To God be the glory!!!!

The following notice was sent to you few days ago and this is just a
reminder that
you receiving this notice once again is not by accident but facts in
my consistency.
Well, let me re-introduce myself again, my name is Dr. Kofi Ashamu,
Chairman/Organizer:
Ghana Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and I’m one of the lawmakers of my country.
I got your email address from the Ghana Chamber of Commerce and
Industry, and the following email address is also my private email,
which is secured and can be reached at anytime:

First, I must solicit your confidence in this urgent notice, though
it is a good news by virtue of its nature, as its being utterly
confidential and 100% risk free from any violation of law and all legalities.
I understand that transaction of this magnitude can make anyone apprehensive

However, in January 2000 a contract of $75,000,000.00 was awarded by the
Ghanaian Government, to a late Engineer who had died in a plane crash
alongside with his wife and two children six months after the contract
with the Ghanaian Government was executed.

Fortunately the above contract payment funds was paid in full and was secured
by Ghana Security Vault Unit, after which the deceased later
successfully transferred
the funds to a financial institution nominated account called
(http://www.westfinancialservicesny.com).
According to our record, the deceased appointed you as his next of
kin before his death,
and my purpose of contacting you, is to urge you to come forth to
secure these funds, which
is now under the custody of the West Financial Services LLC New York,
to avoid it being
declared un-claimed by the Ghana Revenue Service, which may lead to
confiscation
after a period of time, with no indication of claiming process.

Therefore it is very necessary that you respond to this notice, and
your cooperation is highly needed for the release of the said funds.
And upon reply, I shall provide you with our funds release letter of
approval and all other related documents concerning the funds, before
the death of the deceased.
