Sequel to your email requesting for our professional service as regards funds of USD $42,160,000 (Forty Two Million One Hundred & Sixty Thousand Dollars) bequeathed to your client, we hereby acknowledge and attest that we are willing to render to you and your client our professional representation and perfection of issuance of funds Certification Documents (Probate Order) / Endorsements on your clients behalf as his Legal Representatives.
In line with the above be informed that Legal Structure charges must be applied.
Based on your client's payment profile as received, we can see that transfer restrictions was placed on the investment after due diligence, and not until a Legal Structure is established in conformity with International Anti-Money Laundering Regulations vis a vis the patriot act of 2001 which are to be strictly complied with to determine Source and Origin of Funds, the Probate Order will not be issued by the Royal Court of Justice.
Suffice to say, that such report must be filed with the Royal Court of Justice and OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) accompanied with a letter of Administration / Probate provided to the beneficiary of the funds or its representative, who accepts responsibility for any future legal irregularities emanating from the activity of funds as declared.
Lack of Legal Structure requirement negates the attainment of liquidity by your instrument, thereby denying issuance of Funds Transfer to your client as nominated. Upon the attainment of Legal Structure and endorsement of Funds Release Order (FRO) in favor of beneficiary, adequacy transfer will be concluded to the beneficiary nominated account in less than 72hrs upon submission of our application to the Apex Bank (Bank of England) where these funds is currently lodged as Investment Bonds.
Applicable charges are detailed below:

Legal representation by Accredited Fiduciary Agent………………...£2,500pounds

Money laundering regulations provide that we must check identity and we use an Identity Checking Company to do this for which the entire procurement fee is a total: £8,965pounds. needed to perfect the documentation process.
The entire process will be requiring Three (3) Business days to accomplish as the Letter of Administration / Probate will be acquired upon payment of Legal Structure as detailed above.
To conclude this process, you will be required to defray charges due, such as admin / legal charges and indemnity required as stated above relieving us of liability as to the Origin or Intended use of the Funds.
You are therefore required to confirm your willingness to comply with the above payment to enable us advice you further on remittance of the above amount.
The fee for our Service is £25,000.00 GBP and we oblige to receive our Service Charge at the successful completion of the transaction with funds of USD$42,160,000 successfully credited to the nominated account of the beneficiary.
