I thought I purchased a maltese puppy from a lady in PA. on 5/22/17 I sent her 300.00 for the puppy via western union. She said she took the puppy to Pet express for delivery. After paying over 2,800.00 in fees such as vet bills, city permits, accommodations, etc they turned the puppy over to Transtate Delivery service and stated it was because of a breakdown with the truck. Now these people want 550.00 for a crate to transport and today are asking for 3,500.00 for pet insurance. And if I do not pay they will turn the puppy over to the quarantine and fine me for abandonment of the puppy and saying I could go to jail if this is not paid. I truly fee like this is a scam with all the promises made. I was never told any of this until now.

No I wasn't directed to a website.
I received a transfer of ownership paper and was told to print off and sign. I did not sign.

How are they advertising this Fake Puppy? Did you find it on a classified advertising site? Or did you find it on a breeder site ?

I am sorry to hear that you are a victim of this scam. The puppy does not exist, the shipping company is fake and everything these criminals told was a lie to steal money from you.

Stop all communications with this thief by blocking and or ignoring all telephone calls and emails. DO NOT send any more money for any reason.
