Thanks for your Message.

Our Investor agreed to Invest the funds through your Company / Projects but before the funds will be release and Disbursed from Luxembourg to your Bank account the following Terms and Condition MUST be agreed and accepted by the Trustee who will receive and Manage the funds:

1. Both Investor (Owner of the fund) and Trustee ( Receiver of the funds ) will sign and accept the Investment Agreement Contract in the meeting which will be organized by us ( Financial Adviser and Consultant)

2.The Trustee and Investor will fix a face to face meeting where all Issues concerning the funds will be Discussed by both parties . In the case whereby Investor ( Owner of the fund ) is absence in the meeting the Investor have the right to appoint a Representative who will stand on his behalf on this meeting to ensure all plans to move the funds to Trustee Bank account is under Perfect Control

3. Both Trustee and Investor MUST agree on the meeting date and location before Investor will appoint a Representative if he is absent on the meeting . Before this meeting the Investor MUST provide the all Documentations Covering the funds will be presented to the Trustee before the meeting for review

4. The Trustee who is the receiver of the funds will Open a New Company / New Bank account to receive this funds into a New Company Bank account for Proper record keeping to checkmate the Performance of the Projects and funds

5. The Investor and Trustee will agree on how to move the funds directly to Trustee Bank account through Issuing Bank Guarantee/SBLC directly from Investor Bank in Luxembourg or affiliated Banks within European Union or to move the funds through International Certified Bankers Draft successfully

This transaction Involves huge funds and Capital therefore my Investor can only move the funds from Luxembourg through Bank Guarantee /SBLC or Certified Bankers Draft directly to the Trustee Nominated Bank account to avoid any local or Oversea Government Agencies or International Financial Regulation Bodies from Interfering into this transaction.

Please review and digest the above email so we can proceed accordingly. Find attached Proof of funds , Authorization Letter , Power of Attorney , Bank account Statement , Investment Agreement etc . We shall proceed to facilitate the face to face meeting between you and Investor (Miss. Andresen ) in Belgium , Malaysia this week only if you are ready and serious in this transaction.
