The UK Boarder Agency Office would ensure via this means that only eligible applicants who are financially capable are allowed entry into UK and must fulfill availability of funds in cases of Emergency and for full financial security of the applicant/worker before receipt of first month salary and benefits from Employers.
This process is solely for proof that you have the stipulated financial requirement as per an applicant seeking to enter UK despite sponsorship from your Employer for your financial security funds and would take 24hrs for confirmation hence follow the detailed instructions for confirmation of immigrant travel allowance below.
NOTE: You have to meet up with our requirements to enable us process your Scottish Work Permit/Bio metric Residence Permit (BRP) so that you will be able to get all your documents before you arrive here in the UK.
PROCEDURE: VERIFICATION/CONFIRMATION OF MANDATORY BASIC INSURANCE SECURITY FUNDS.
The following process has been adopted following the new-points based system to earn the needed points for issuance of Scottish Work Permit/Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) and supporting documents. Bank statements were hitherto accepted, however due to falsification of bank statements which does not compulsorily certify/surety that the applicant would enter the Country with the mandatory insurance security allowance/financial requirement, we no longer accept bank statements as final travel guarantee.
Important (As per Immigration policies, this process must be completed by anyone you wish to stand in as your next of kin; i.e. any member of your immediate family must be aware of your intended travel to UK. This can be your Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Close Relative or Friend and is at your discretion as the case may be.)
To meet the above requirement your Father or Mother or selected next of kin is to make a deposit of the stipulated financial requirement of (GBP850, Eight Hundred & Fifty Pounds) to your name and address in UK via any Western Union or Money Gram as proof that you have secured funds to support/carter for yourself when you arrive here in UK till you receive your first month salary from your Employer.
Sender can be Father or Mother or any of the suggested individuals above at your discretion that you wish to be aware of your travel to UK. This is to show proofs of sufficient funds for your Basic Travel Allowance (BTA)
Receiver: Must be you the primary immigrant (YOUR NAME)
Payout Location: (UK). You can also secure your funds at any alternative residential address here if you have any. However, if this is your first time to enter the Country as an Expatriate, it is appropriate you enter the residential address of your Employer for security reasons.

Note: You must ensure that the sender is any of the above as instructed and the receiver is you for the security of your funds.
Your Father or Mother or selected next of kin should Visit the nearest Western Union or Money Gram Post Office, Western Union or Money Gram agent or Shop close to you and make the deposit of (GBP850, Eight Hundred & Fifty Pounds) to your name and address in UK which is your insurance allowance security funds following the transfer instructions above carefully for our verification and confirmation.
CAUTION!!! Ensure that the Receiver is you so that only you can withdraw the deposit after the verification of deposit has been carried out. Note that this is not a payment, but a security insurance deposit for verification that you are eligible to maintain/cater for yourself till you receive your first month salary, that is why it should be in your Name as the Receiver and to also fulfill that you have funds to support yourself as is the mandatory process for your financial security funds when you arrive here till you receive your first salary from your Employer.
Visit the nearest Western Union or Money Gram agent outlet close to you and effect this deposit. Follow the transfer instructions above carefully. After deposit has been effected, you MUST send us the receipt of the deposit as an evidence that the deposit has been made and to enable our office verify availability of funds with Western Union or Money Gram. This is usually carried out within 24hrs.
Before the issuance of your Scottish Work Permit/Bio metric Residence Permit (BRP) to you by the Consulate, to empower your employer proceed with the processing of your Visa. You are required to show proof that the stipulated financial requirement/applicant travel allowance as indicated above is available. The UK BOARDER AGENCY would ensure via this means that only eligible applicants who are financially capable are allowed entry into UK.

WHY DO WE USE MONEY GRAM INSTEAD OF BANK STATEMENTS, DRAFTS OR CHEQUES?
Before now, the IMMIGRATION accepted Bank statements, Drafts and Cheques as methods of submission of security deposits. Unfortunately, a lot of Visa applicants from Asia, Africa, Middle East and some parts of Europe abused the method. These Applicants submitted copies of falsified documents, bank statements and dud cheques. Over the years, we have been saddled with the challenges of identifying these fraudulent Visa applicants and in a swift bid to curb their operations; we are in alliance with the Metropolitan police and Interpol. These dramatic situations prompted the IMMIGRATION to revise the standard of operations hence, the annulment of the acceptance of Bank Statements, Drafts or Cheques and adoption of the MONEY GRAM or WESTERN UNION as the ONLY method of submission of security deposits for all International Visa applicants.
WHY CAN'T EMPLOYERS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Your Visa fees, Residence/ Work Permit fees and Air ticket fess are shouldered by your Employer. As much as Employees are mandated to submit the security deposit of GBP850, Eight Hundred & Fifty Pounds to show proofs of sufficient funds for their Basic Travel Allowance (BTA), Employers are not allowed to be responsible for the security insurance deposit of its employee. This process will help UK businesses recruit the skills it needs from abroad and assure the UK public that only the skilled/Responsible migrants will need to come to UK Therefore, it is a criminal offense and violation of the UK Immigration Acts of 2011 should any Employer be responsible for security deposit required by the Employee. Any Employee who flaunts this law in any way will be repatriated immediately.
IS THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE OR JUST A ONE TIME PAYMENT?
The Security deposit of GBP850, Eight Hundred & Fifty Pounds is not a payment, it is only a deposit required for verification within 24 hours and subject to retrieval here in UK upon completion of the 24 hour verification process. This means that First Class Immigration Plus Services Ltd will prompt you upon completion of the 24 hour verification.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE VISA APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED & APPROVED AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF THE VISA REQUIREMENTS?
Your employer will be responsible for the processing of your Valid UK Visa and other traveling supporting documents to enable you arrive here and discharge your duties. It takes approximately 4 to 5 working days for processing and approval of Visa applications. Hard copies of the approved visa documents will be dispatched via DHL Courier to applicant's mailing address stated in the Visa application form.
WHEN DO I VISIT THE UK EMBASSY IN MY COUNTRY OF LOCATION FOR MY VISA STAMP
Once your visa documents have been process and approved, we will mail the hard copies to your stated address in your country of location and Fax copies to the UK consulate in your country of location for their review and acceptance. Afterwards, we will book an appointment for you with the UK consulate and we will as well prompt you on your appointment date on when to visit the UK Embassy in your country of location for the endorsement of your Visa stamp.
