We find you, buyers, for your properties and get a commission if the sale is successfully completed, while at the same time we may also have properties that we may make known to you, for you to offer them to your list of contacts and clients in the hope one of them might take an interest.
And just like we requested a commission for helping you market and bring us a buyer we too are prepared to do the same, meaning you get a share of our sales if the roles were reversed. Commissions, and vice versa.
