The scammer is calling him Frank Chang, 52, from Philadelphia, owns an engineering company, a millionaire currently working on some oil pipelines in Yemen. I've been messaging him for a couple of weeks, he refuses to Skype and comes up with silly excuses about why he can't, he can't answer questions that he should really know the answers to and gets cross when pushed, his level of English is poor for a first-language English speaker.
