Fake website used as part of a Romance Scam by someone claiming to be "Bryan James", who claims he got USD $15mill investor funding, but had to show a receipt for $500+ of medical equipment purchased as proof that he has some investment in his project too. On the last installment of the payment his bank account required a OPT & for him to verify in person. "Bryan" claims that he is at a post in the Ukraine at the moment & is unable to go to his bank to verify in person & he still owes WalGenoa approx $169K. WalGenoa agreed that they will take $15K, but Bryan’s only option to take a loan from his victim.
