Once we told him we have a man in Dubai we never heard from him again. The contract was rather crude.. But sill a lot of work done. I was going to post it here but would rather not since it would take alot of work to redact our contact info and I don't think it would be much help to anyone.

A few lessons I learned from this:
1. A simple check on the names in a correspondence don't mean much if the identity is a stolen one. Our cursory investigation was favorable. The people were real.
2. Danger comes when you WANT to believe something is true.
3. The solicitation came from a referral - at least I thought so, so check the referring source, ( "We heard about your project from xxcxxx)

The most important items to be posted are the email addresses they are using and the complete wording of their initial contact emails . These are what potential new victims of this scam will searching for .
