Hi. Thanks for that reply Helen!! that's a big help for me.. i also asked it in western union if that is even possible. that is possible but its also not safe.. they said that once they get the ctrl number then they can already get the money even if you put another name to where you're sending it.. and when i asked them if i can pay 50% down payment they even agreed to that. completion is after you get the item so i really think its 100% scam.. thanks again

one more question if this iphone seller is a scam also?? cellphone ltd and electronics ltd? thanks again and God bless!!!

I recommend that you go to a local shop and buy your phone there.

hi!!! thanks again for that fast reply..
i think its really a bad option to try look for a supplier here in the net.. most of the contacts you'll find are just scammers..
i think i'll just find a local supplier..
actually i found 1 local but doesn't want to meet.. doesn't want to agree with the 50% down payment, the only assurance they are giving me is that i send it top their bank account.. BPI to be specific.
this contact said that if they are scammers their account should have been closed long ago.. and that they are earning a lot with this and they wouldn't sacrifice there name on the bank to just scam people..
thats it, they won't accept cheqs also as payment.. its pay 1st in full they they will send.. other than that bank account no another assurance. what do you think about this?
Big Thanks!!!

Hi noryaj!
Why don't you just go to an actual local store, where you can look at your options, chose what you want, pay the shopkeeper and have a warranty on your purchase? That's the safest way to not get ripped off. :D

Hi noryaj, the advice Helen gave you earlier is still valid. When you buy from something that is not an authorized seller you risk being taken advantage of. We cannot know every possible seller on the internet.

I encourage you to follow Helen's advice. ???
