Hi Everyone,

Avoid this site at all costs. Both petfood247.com.au and petforce.com.au were down last time I checked, the mobile number still doesnt answer in Jan 2010, and I ordered Frontline Plus for Cats 6 Pack and received a Frontline Plus for Cats 3 Pack. I emailed since I couldnt call and received no answer after 2 weeks, even after I scanned the incorrectly supplied product's batch number so the business could confirm they indeed sent me the wrong product than what I paid for. Only Telstra has poorer service IMHO, and even if the correct product eventually arrives I do not recommend ever buying from this "Gary McDuff", because all I can say as an online retailer myself is that this business is totally "up the duff!" when it comes to customer service and supply...

I am sorry to hear this company has not performed for you either, from what we have seen it seems their performance is getting worse, as hard as that may seem.

As I mentioned in my first post, I sent two emails and also mentioned that the number was disconnected. These emails were never replied to.

A courier delivery came yesterday evening with half of my order. There was an envelope enclosed saying that the other item I ordered was unavailable and a refund cheque was enclosed. No apology for the lack of communication, though.

As mentioned by other people, this company is not a scam, but has very, very poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Did you pay via credit card if so have they taken any further funds out of your account?

From when you placed the order to when you received the goods how long did it take?

Where the products your orders real or fakes?

Please get back to me as this person is replying to any emails and the phone is disconnected as we all know now.

It is not a scam as such but their customer service is terrible, I suspect you will eventually receive the item you payed for but it could be a long wait, please keep us posted

I have purchased about $200++ worth of petfood and pet items form this website on the 6/1/10 but I have not receive the items. I have sent a couple of emails to their email address but received no reply. I just noticed they chnage the email address on the website today so I sent another email again. I have not lodge a complaint but I will send you an update if I receive any reply from them..Petsforce has a shop in the Sutherland Shire..So I may go and check it out to see if they are still there.

I wish I found this site earlier!

Last year in November, I purchased pet supplies from petsforce, but never received the goods. I called/emailed this Gary McDuff, called the warehouse, emailed customer service so many times I lost count.

Then a few days ago, I purchased supplies from petfood247, not knowing it was operated by the same McDuff. I fear I will not receive these goods either. This McDuff is one elusive character, but he seems to have no qualms about taking peoples money without ever intending to deliver goods promised. Does anyone know if the sutherland warehouse actually exists? I plan to drive down there if it is.

For those people who got even half their goods or better yet, received a refund cheque - consider yourselves extremely lucky. I didn't get a cent of my money back, nor any of my goods. I cannot believe such a dishonest trader can continue ripping customers off like this.

If anyone has found new contact numbers on this Gary McDuff, please let me know!!

I have done a search on the address using google maps, using streetview there is (at the time the picture was taken at least) a building with a Petforce sign in the window.

There is no reason to believe they have moved from there.

As far as we can tell, this company is genuine and not a scam as such but their business practices are very substandard

I finally received a cheque in the mail last week as my goods, Proban tablets were not available. Cheque cleared and dated back to early Feb. They just seem to have a bad system. : #
