Yup, which is why I have myself an email template that I send off to the hosting companies. It allows me to simply add in the domain name and then the website is taken down within 24hours.

It is quicker to get a website taken down than for them to create the domain, add hosting, wait for nameservers to resolve, upload content via FTP, create a mysql database, modify the page content...

I think the more I can consume their time the more angrier they will get, afterall they are only taking up about 1 minute of my life to shoot an email across
