She's lying. It's not a legal document, since its purpose is to launder stolen merchandise, which is illegal. Just refuse packages, and if you have any, send them back to the sender. If you don't know who sent them, turn them over to the police, along with all emails with complete headers. If Evonna sends you any more email, don't answer.

As vx says you have nothing to worry about from the scammer as any agreement you signed or entered in to is invalid and legally unenforceable.

Below is the list of Transportation Specialist's duties :

As you can see, our company works as intermediary
between customers and sellers on almost all big online auctions.
Purchased goods will be going through you. Because for seller from US
auction or any US shop much easier to send item to US address then to outsi=
