The +4470 phone exchange is an international call forwarding service often used in scams. It looks like a UK phone, but rings on an anonymous, prepaid phone, often in Nigeria.

It is physically and legally impossible to pay an incorporated company (Ltd) by Western Union and it isn't allowed by HM Revenue and Customs.

A payment by Western Union can only be made to a private individual, and a company in the UK cannot receive payments by this method as it is a way for a company to avoid payment of VAT and tax. The disadvantage to a buyer is that you have no idea who you're paying and where the money is going.

When a company asks for payment by Western Union it is a massive red flag. Western Union is only for payments between private individuals. Run a mile.

It would help if you could post the address of the site and the email address, but from what you describe it does sound to good to be true (I would be even more convinvced it was fake if they claim to be selling recently released items such as PS4, iPhone 5S etc at really low prices). Also the mention of payment by Western Union raises a major red flag, as legitimate businesses do not use this as a means of payment.
