It is a scam.
Stop all contact with the scammer and anyone else he introduced you to.
There is nothing you can do about sending him your pictures and papers. He wanted you to send them to make his scam seem real.
He wants to steal your money by having you pay for fake documents, couriers, barristers and etc.
