Just to make this clear. You do not have to always show ID to pick up Western Union or Moneygram. In some countries all you need is the MTCN or Reference number. Some scammers often also bribe the clerk. Scammers have been known to use fake ID's.

Scammers will also use unsuspecting money mules/victims to pick up money. The money mule/victim are being scammed also. They believe that they have an online job.

Never send money to someone you never met face to face.

Just to add to this I want everyone to know that this same name, "Joseph Mussengga", after finding out I asked for "a checking of ID" told me I needed to change the name to Joesph Alvino. They are also using two different numbers as well. One is a 757 number and a 802 number. But they are not just selling Huskies apparently they are selling English Bulldog puppies as well. Email address was [email protected]. I don't know how this website works but since the name is the same I figured I'd put my warning here. Thanks. This happen today by the way. February 12th 2015.

Thanks Mike. However I can only share the emails because my wife deleted the numbers from her phone like literally thirty seconds before I posted that. She is trying to get them back. Sorry. However if you want I can definitely get the email. Most of it went down by texting.
