guys i just got hired with the same scheme... the email of the manager is [email protected].
same task to send links or RSS feeds every 15mins to [email protected] and then asking you for P30 load if you violate their rule.

provide 2-3 lines of description then the link.
subj = current date example: dec.1.2015
meaning daily your subject will change according to curr. date.
