I'm not sure if you posted while Cheriew was editing their post HB, but there is a tracking number in there (I've reported the post for the mods to remove it).

Cheriew, what ever is on the way are unlikely to be real Pandora charms - they are being sent from China, not Canada, which is the impression the website gives. They will either be cheap (and possibly dangerous) fakes or you'll just get an empty package. You should carry on pressing your credit card company for a refund and can now tell them that the company is mis-representing itself and is actually a Chinese company selling fake items. Ask your card company for advice on what to do if the package turns up.
