what about this website, did they change to new one? kerrygroup.cc. i got the same e-mail whith what you posted. i realized this is scam so i closed my bank acc. but now they said money is sending to my acc and cannot be stopped. what should i do now?

Yes, it is a scam, that is why it is listed here. VX's post above yours details the type of scam it is. The scammer wants you to receive stolen funds for him.

If you did, when the victims who lost the funds you received realised and complained to the authorities, the only real details they would have would be yours and you would be the one being investigated and possibly charged with fraud or money laundering,

but we are victims too, it means police will catch us and we have to pay the penalty for being a victim????

You need to be proactive. Print all the email communications between you and the scammer and take them to both your bank and your local police to make a report, making sure to stress that you are also a victim in the scam. I can't say for sure what will happen, but if you wait until the police come looking for you, it's not good.
