I read your messages with sympathy, I keep checking this thread hoping to see that things are turning around, however all I see is more of the same.
Kaveesha, you asked what to do now - I found that the OFT (Office of Fair Trading) in NSW were very helpful and turned my order around within a week. I too had been emailing, calling, messaging, all with no success. Going to your bank is another option, but lengthy, I'd try the OFT first - its very easy to raise a dispute.
Ralph, I don't want to seem too sceptical, but it seems that Lizmarie has quietened down since she succeeded in getting you to remove the business information? Hopefully that is not the case and she is working very hard to address everyone, not just users of this forum.
