Same story, I was supposed to buy a pet from this person ([email protected]). She told me a sob story that she's selling her pups, because her husband just died... So and so, she replied ASAP and said that she already dropped of the dog to this "NAVI PETS RELACATOR" ([email protected]) and payment to be sent to any western union, payable to the director with the following information:

And then it hit me, that the correspondence between the seller and the delivery service was so quick and they were too eager for the payment to be made. Then I told the seller (Elise Maria), that I'm withdrawing my purchase because I searched how legit this company is. Thanks to this forum, I was able to save myself from this scam, though I regret that I gave shipping details.

After telling the "sweet" lady that I won't settle the purchase, this NAVI PETS RELOCATORS emailed me a threat which reads as follows:

"DEAR CLIENT,

WE JUST RECEIVE A CALL FROM MRS ELISE MARIA THE SENDER OF YOUR PUPPY NELLY. SHE SAID YOU HAVE JUST MAIL HER SAYING OUR AGENCY IS FRAUD IS THAT TRUE?? IF YES DO YOU KNOW THE IMPLICATION OF WHAT YOU HAVE JUST SAID, SEE MS. - - - - WE ARE REPORTING YOU TO THE POLICE FOR CALLING US FRAUD DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE DRAMATIZING OUR IMAGE FIRSTLY WHAT YOU SAW ABOUT US IS NOT TRUE THIS BE BECAUSE WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE GOVERNOR SO THEY DECIDED TO DO THAT BUT NOW WE HAVE SETTLE OUR DIFFERENCES, I THE MANAGER IS WAITING TO READ FROM YOU TO KNOW MY NEXT STEP.

I posted a want ad for a chow puppy on craigslist so all day today i have been in contact with a seller. Once we were done making arrangements for delivery i received this email today and now i am debating if i should send the money ($200) because it does seem sketchy and does not make sense. Could this be a SCAM?????

Supposedly this seller is using the Family Pet Relocations company but when i received an email with the registration document on the F/P Relocations Home Safety confirmation there is no contact number just an email [email protected] which made me rethink it because in the email there is an 's' added after 'pet' which is not spelled like that on their website.

I found a pomeranian puppy that was $310 that I wanted to get. The guy who contacted me was Oliver Becks (I since found out that someone uses that name Oliver, in different variations with other people that got scammed. He said the dog was in North Carolina, and I'm in New Mexico, so the shipping cost would be $250.00, totalling $560.00. Then the shipping company, Air Animal Pet Movers, contacted me and said I needed to transfer the money via WesternUnion to the Ukraine, which I did. Then they would ship the puppy. The next day they emailed me saying they needed another $1000.00 for pet insurance for the flight, which they would refund me when delivering the puppy. So I sent $443.23 because I told them that was all I had. They said that the flight for the puppy left at 5:45 that day, and the puppy would be delivered to my doorstep. The next day, still no word. Then I received another email saying I needed to pay them another $880.00 for vaccines they had to give, feeding the puppy and for an air conditioned crate. So that would be a total of $1923.23. When I was waiting up for the delivery, I looked up this delivery service and found out that they have done this to several others. I had been scammed!!
