I have also had guys trying to scam me after going the dating site woome.com
I have not been able to find their names or photos on any scam site but thought it worth to mention them
first was
[email protected] claims to be from NY, but has sick "mum" and needs money for meds for her
[email protected] from San Diego, going to Africa to work some sort of construction job
[email protected] also in africa on business, widowed with a son from mid west Ohio if i recall correctly this one has the same photo up three times on the same site,
[email protected] - actually fell for this one before telling me he's going to Ghana for his last contract
he's from Witchita Falls Texas, wife deceased, one son, works as an archeitect
chatted for about a month, before he was off to CA for his job, then 2 weeks later to KY, and after about
a week or so there, yes, to GHANA. Naturally his luggage was lost with his lap top and cell phone in it.
now needs me to send him clothes and phone so he can talk to me, but note that all the time he was still in
the states he was too shy to talk to me on the phone. he gave me a number which was supossed to be his
cell number, but when i didnt receive any texts that he swore he sent i tracked it to a land line in NV.
i did send a cheap phone to him after arguing for about two weeks over this , but of course not to the hotel where he was staying but to another person at a PO box
after this i traced the letters he send me and found them all over the internet and confronted him about it, and he says someone had gotten into his computer, and now he finds fraudulant charges on his credit card and bank account now frozen.. after about a week of this, telling me he cant access his account as the bank needs his finger prints, and now he wants me to send money because he's almost out of cash and has no money to feed himself. i give him links to the embassy in ghana said they would help him out but refuses at first to contact them. eventually he did did would take another four weeks to get his lost passport etc.... his final attempt to get money was when he phoned me, said his bank could wire me money which in turn i would send to him. I told his it made no sence, if they wouuld wire me, why couldnt it be wired directly to him??
the entire time he's in ghana we did nothing but fight over me going these things for him, and of course im the bad guy, i dont know how to love because i refused to do these things for him.
my latest encounter is with an Army guy claiming to be christian Robson, he needs $300 to pay immigration fee to come to see me on leave. this guy i have just found on another site. so i know he's not the real deal like he swears his is. gave me website military.com to check him out, but it only show a very small pic and unit, which he says he's investigative officer
