Thanks. I understand that he was probably only in Nigeria the whole time. Most of his messages did trace to Lagos, Nigeria.

He just called me from the following number: 27-8297-21346. He still has not given up.

I recorded his voice this time, which is the only reason I answered the phone. I wanted a sample of his accent to compare to the sample Nigerian accents I found online. I knew the answer, but I got a match. They pretend to be from the UK with Americans and from the USA with people from the UK. Here's a website where you can hear Nigerian accents:

They have samples from other African countries too. Even if their pronunciation is good, they still mispronouce sounds that all native speakers from North America, UK, Australia pronounce correctly. If anyone wants more specifics, you can send me a private message.
