Why was the registration phone number incorrect ?

Is your company located in Florida, USA or in Israel ?

How come there were no company registrations in the USA or Israel ?

ICANN suspended the website because the phone number was not accurate and so the website will be back up very soon. Everything there is accurate.

ICANN give Registrars and Registrants 15 days to correct the inaccuracies in the WhoIs or suspend the domain. A legitimate business would have no difficulty rectifying an honest error straight away, so why did you fail to act and let your domain get suspended?

Good point. So in reality that individual is responsible for their own site being suspended . But perhaps they never got notice because it was registered with incorrect details . Faked addresses don't get mail delivery and wrong phone numbers don't get answered .

I also have some questions regarding an eBay seller profile , should they choose to return .

I would be happy to clarify everything. I did not follow up on ICANN request right away because I just recently received their notification. I do not understand why you are picking on honest business individuals. A company can have several addresses and different DBAs. I do not wish to share my company details on this thread considering the negative repercussions of being associated with it. I am just kindly requesting admin to remove my personal information from this thread. It is really starting to feel like I am taken hostage and I do not think that this is the point of this website. All I can say is there needs to be more research before coming to conclusions. Also, if my personal information posted here was not accurate I would not be so concerned as to having it posted online without my consent.

In fact they did an additional hand search of the records and did not find your company registered . Generally speaking , unregistered companies and those without other necessary credentials are fakes and associated with fraud .
