I am assuming you are posting this here because he has been in contact you and has told you he is a soldier.
Scammers change email addresses all the time. Some use the same email address with multiple victims, but some use different email addresses with different victims. The best way for us to help you is if you post the first couple of messages he sent you.
Note that if he has asked you to apply for leave, apply for or send him a phone, or fill out beneficiary forms or other military forms--then it is already certain that you are dealing with a scammer, because all of these policies/processes are the invention of scammer, and are NOT how the military really works.
