Hello to everyone!
Can someone help me please? I wasn't careful and I sent scans of my ID and Passport to a scammer.
What to do to protect myself?

Welcome to ScamWarners, I recommend that you contact the agencies which issued the documents to you and ask them what you should do.

Scammers typically are after the quick cash score. There is a market for real information from real people. It is very possible the scammer will use your information in a scam. This is why I recommend that you contact the issuing agency.

Just need a little help on what to do when the scammer is now threatening me. Here is the email he sent me last night when he found out I had posted him. I am not talking to him any more. But a little advice. He has only my full name. He also said he is registering on this site and was going to post that I was a scammer. I am not sure how that works.

You have only one option and that is to ignore his threats and to cut off all contact.

He wants money and the slightest sign that you'll give in to blackmail and he'll bleed you dry, and I've posted a news story recently of one woman who was driven to bankruptcy by one scammer, and he won't stop then. He'll make you take out loans, borrow from friends and even steal.

The simple truth is that he only wants one thing and that's money. There is no point in him doing anything that doesn't end up yielding cash. Spending time on the internet on revenge missions is wasted effort for him.

He doesn't know if that's a real picture of you and he'll never know for sure and it won't exactly hit the front pages of the local newspaper anyway. It might be embarrassing but I doubt anyone will care too much.

There are people known as scambaiters who are members of this forum and they target scammers and would gladly make this scammers life a nightmare if he makes threats. They are the scammers worst nightmare. Don't mention this to him but mention any threats he makes in the forum.

I think the website he originally gave you may be a genuine one and he's just 'piggy backing' on to it. These scammers wouldn't tell the truth if you put a flame gun up their rear end, and it can be very difficult to tell fact from fiction and, once you started out believing them, it's not easy to judge.

Don't let the way he's treated you harm your self-esteem. No matter who you are or how you look, he only wanted money. He was a scumbag, is a scumbag and will only ever be a scumbag.

As to registering and posting here, scammers have tried before. As soon as a mod or an admin sees the post, the scammer will be banned and the post deleted. Scammers give themselves away with their writing anyway. Any anti-scam site will do the same--we've all seen this before.

BLOCK the scammer's email address. Change your email address if possible--if you can't set up a block, then at least set up a filter to send it to trash.

Do NOT continue to interact with the scammer. Do NOT try to negotiate in any way. If he knows he has power over you, he will try to use that power to extort money from you.

THANKS EVERYONE FOR HELPING ME OUT. I have not had any contact with my scammer since he last posted and threatened. me. He has not called or emailed with any threat again. So the ignore is seeming to work. I wish he does not get to anyone else. Thanks again. My life is now peaceful.

Working Hours:

Au – pair Accommodation:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main duty is to take care of Steve, who is just 3years old, prepare him for school, get him to observe his siesta, help him do his home works and clean up as well as make him happy by playing with him.
Salary:
