Again, this is malware:
http://techhelplist.com/index.php/spam- ... ox-malware
No court would fine some number of minimum wage amounts for eviction, which has nothing to do with paying a wage.

riduscourt.com was registered in China with privacy protection for one year. It may be fake, but as the email is malware rather than 419 or a related scam, it's hard to tell. It's not a court of law, whatever it is. Courts of law usually last far longer than a year.

I just got a similar eviction notice. The IP address of the sender resolves to Taylor University in Upland, IN:
Received: from oculusrealty.com (tu-216-162-53-176.taylor.edu [216.162.53.176])
by mtaig-mad04.mx.aol.com (Internet Inbound) with SMTP id B3BB570000097
The original court notice scam/malware emails were ostensibly from the University of North Carolina, so wondering what the reason is for that connection.

Body of the email as follows:
Notice to vacate,

You are hereby notified that you must vacate your home within
a ten-days period since the date when this notice is received.
The bank has already foreclosed on your residential
property and you are a trespasser now.

In our turn we are kindly asking you
to contact us without delay and:
- To move out timely;
- Not to leave any of your belongings and trash;
- Not to leave the property dirty.

We hope for your cooperation.
Please find out contact information
and the bank statement attached to this notice.
