All efforts I am making to get the fund to XXX is not getting through and I do not want to burder him again to take the fund to XXX.I noted all you stated and will look for another diplomat who can go to XXX with the fund.
I could not get anyone to deliver the fund to XXX, even the one i
got said that he will no longer go to europe untill next year.
The ministry of finance has then returned the fund back to Africa and
has placed it in suspence account pending on when we are ready.
