Hi. I have received this letter 2 years ago in Romania, and I have send it back to them thinking it was something regarding the EU.I know I did a mistake by not reading the small writing from the bottom. They kept bugging us for 2 years to pay, and now they keep telling they sent my case to a debt recovery company in Czech Republic. They called me today saying I will lose to court in Germany and that i should reach an agreement with them as soon as possible. The guy from the debt collecting company was trying to convince me this was not a scam. Did you guys got any calls or e-mails from a company called Credit Collection Factoring s.r.o. from the Czech Republic? Are they legit? What should I do? They are saying i now have to pay around 2.500 Euros which is a lot for a small company like ours.
LE: this is the web site for the so called debit collecting company: http://www.cc-factoring.com/

Please see the posts and links on page 2 of this topic regarding the likelihood of a court case in Germany being upheld (or these fraudsters even wasting the money initiating a case).

Note though that these are only personal opinions by the posters based on the information at hand and should not be considered qualified legal advice. You would be advised to contact your own solicitors and discuss the matter with them

Hello, I can see that most of us are not from Germany. We, having a small company in Iceland, made the same mistake, not reading the small letters. I asked them for showing me the "design" they had made and a copy of the contract. The design was a link on there homepage and they have a copy of the contract.
True, in small letters I found the price for this kind offer.
My reply was, after having talk to my lawyer, that the fee asked for is not at all corresponding to what they offer. My lawyer had the same advice not to pay.
I have got e new letter where they will use German law / court for getting there money.
I will just return there letters unopened.
