Oh my god I thought this was a true job offer as I have been applying for a lot on trademe etc for admin. I sent my licence and account no and application And then decided to chq if it was a scam I feel like such an idiot. What do I do now. I've sent back a reply saying I've had to close my account because of the scam so I don't have to close it but I'm afraid I may have to any suggestions to what I shld do can they use my licence

They're not looking for license numbers. They're looking only for people to pass money through. Any documents they asked for were to make it appear like a legitimate job. Talk with your bank, show them the emails, and ignore all further messages from the scammers.
