Honey you are right in all your decision, I want you to know that two wrong can not make right. Even if you can't travel to Basel, try and fix appointment with them ,so that they can pick up the clearing charges of the €5,500, they will go by themselves and clear the package from Basel ,when they clear from Basel, they will come and delivered to you in Zürich.
