According to the bank request, we will need the services of a lawyer here who will represent us to the federal high court to who will draft the power of attorney on our behalf. This lawyer will help us to get item 1 which is the power of attorney from the federal high court.
I have with me here the other two documents, death certificate of my late father and the certificate of deposit which i will equally send to the lawyer or to the Commercial Bank of Cameroon.
