I'm just coming back from DHL post office and they said Their courier
service is a well established and government accredited company
offering courier and transport services 24hrs daily for priority
delivery of letters, parcels and consignments to any destination by
road, air or sea. They said that it will take three to four days to
get to you and that the postage fees are 350$
insurance because the draft cheque must have Vere postage Insurance
due to the high value. It must be insured against lose or damage, it
cannot be sent to you without been insured as it will violate the
federal act of parliament governing international diplomatic parcel
delivery. So, the insurance fee is to be paid in addition to the
shipment option above. Also be informed that the courier company does
not insure delivery, and as a result your insurance fee will be used
to insure your parcel with the Senegal insurance ministry. This means
cost on delivery is ruled out.So you will have to send the 350$
