I have gone through the mail sent from the bank and i am happy we have
finally come to this end of the transfer. i believe that very soon
everything is going to be fine so far you will be honest and trustful
to me.
Now, regarding the documents the bank needs, i think there is a little
problem on that which i know it will be solved. i do not know any
lawyer who will help get the power of attorney. i have my late father
statement deposit of account here with me and his death certificate, i
keep it very secret here and i shall send it to you as soon as i find
a lawyer who will help us.
I will be discussing with the Reverend father on how to find a
reliable lawyer who can assist us get the power of attorney from the
court and i shall let you know as soon as the Reverend recommends any
lawyer to me then i will give you the lawyers contact details so that
you will contact the lawyer immediately and ask the lawyer to help us
get the power of attorney from the court ok.

bank needs, they said that we have to get 3 documents for them to make
the transfer, the documents are affidavit of claims that is the power
of attorney and my late fathers Death certificate and his statement of
account.but the most important thing now is the power of attorney
which a Senegalese based lawyer will get for us according to the
instruction of the bank because i have to sign my signature on the
power of attorney which will give you power to be the beneficiary of
my late fathers money on my behalf so we need a lawyer to get this
power of attorney for us as soon as possible.
My dear, bellow here is the lawyer that the Reverend father introduced
to me today. he will help us to get this documents from the high court
of justice here in Dakar Senegal. i want you to call him and also send
an email to him for the preparation of power of attorney and Affidavit
of Oath on your behalf that will enable us transfer my inheritance
from bank in Senegal to your account in your country ok .
I have told the lawyer everything about us and made him understand
that you are my partner. so sweetheart, contact him immediately for
this documents. i have the death certificate and statement of account
here with me and i shall send it to you as soon as we get all the
documents so that i will forward it to the bank for the transfer. i
