Payment Clearance Order No: ESDC/UK.TRXX/USD1M/2015.

The London Investigation Department of the European Security & Defence Council (ESDC) and European Union Financial Commission (EUFC), International Monetary Funds (IMF) including the UNITED NATIONSBody, held a meeting on 31st of December 2014 at London, United Kingdom. It was alarming on the money lost by various individuals to the scams artists operating in syndicates all over the world today. In other to compensate victims, the UNITED NATIONS Body is now paying 150 victims $3,000,000.00 USD each in accordance with the UNITED NATIONS recommendations.

Due to the corrupt and inefficient Banking Systems in the world, the payments are to be paid by Barclays Bank London as corresponding paying bank under funding assistance by BRITISH GOVERNMENT.

According to the number of applicants at hand, 114 Beneficiaries has been paid, over a half of the victims are from the United States, we still have an outstanding of 36 scam victims left to be paid. Other victims who have not been contacted can submit their application as well for scrutiny and possible consideration.

We shall feed you with further modalities as soon as we get response from you on how you intend receiving your compensation payment. Be further inform that one Mr. Michael Pandlos and Mark Macaully came to my office claiming to be your next of kin, who was been delegated by your family to come for this fund.

Please could you reconfirm this issue. Below are the burial pictures they brought to us for confirmation that you are really dead. And it seems suspicious, because they are not able to submit the required Affidavit of True Beneficiary Certificate as required by the United Nations and other concerned commissions.
