I received your mail response back to my proposal with thanks/ I also; want to apologize for late in responding back to you, the reason being that I was incapacitated and hospitalized for weeks. Now I am better, I need us to proceed without wasting time any more. However, I would like you to know that my lawyer will be the one to handle this business of great importance and of mutual understanding with him because he owns the high technical knowledge about this business.

This is the money I got as a gift from the foreign company we awarded government contract to. As the head of the contract award committee I was given this as what I and two of my partners realized in the over invoicing and over inflation of the contract amount. The US$21.5M is the proceed of the inflation, but I need to transfer it out of my country for an investment overseas into a very profitable business in your city of residence or country in general.

I will like also that I have earmarked out enough money for this expenses but should I run short of money to compliment an ecpenses from your own side, hope you ill assist me?
