I write to you based on a request by an investor and his need for Investment/funding in your country. My name is Louis Ankrah, a financial consultant.

As a matter of fact, I want to express my appreciation towards your good understanding regarding my business agenda. Also, it

However, I want to bring to your understanding that my client is based in Qatar and he wants to invest funds he set aside
in safety deposit in The UK for this business. He is still in the military service offshore in Qatar and therefore will depend on you and me to
secure the transfer of fund into your safe account and thereafter invest same.

Please for security reasons I want us to protect the interest of my clinet; Based on this, I am imploring you to make sure you keep all my
correspondence with you in strict confidence and please don’t divulge out any information relating to my dealings with you.
Please understand.

Also attached for your scrutiny and endorsement is the copy of the MOU prepared by a notary public in the UK. Please go through and feel free to make any
amendment should you deem it suitable for our mutual interest. Kindly sign your column and forward same back to me. Upon the receipt of the agreement

BETWEEN;

(1) COLONEL JULIUS MEYER of Street No. 253, Plot 450, Zone No. 70, Al Shamal Road, Al Daayen Municipality, District Al Ebb, City Al Kharaitiyat and Umm Slal Mohamed, Qatar.hereby known as the FINANCIER;

AND

THEREFORE;That the financier called in (1) above did indeed accept and execute in agreement; after necessary information received that the investor hereby called in (2) shall receive on his behalf the sum of US10,200,000.00Million, Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars being presently with the Finance and security company.

That the financier shall give the investor a letter of authorization to make claim to the fund; from the finance and security company.

The financier wherefore stated above in (1) has agreed with the investorwherefore stated in (2) above to the fact that the investment to be situated in his country shall be joint partnership business in the ration of 50% to 50% and the interest thereof shall be shared in the same proportional ratio.

That the financier and investor have agreed to the consent that a Legal representative being a notary public shall hereby sign as witness to this mutual agreement.
