Hi,
I am interested in renting the property that you posted on the Craig's list so i need to know if the unit is still available and when it will be ready for move in and please get back to me with some pictures of the unit, total Square Footage of each floor plan, the Mapquest for the area and the rent and deposit that is required to be payed in securing the unit

Thanks
This Scammer will have wanted to send you a (counterfeit) cheque or money order for far more than you were expecting and hoped that you would cash it, and send their non-existent shipping company or travel agent a large portion of the money before your own bank or cashing agent realised that the cheque or money order was bad and pursued YOU for the return of the FULL AMOUNT, possibly pressing charges against YOU for attempted fraud and money laundering.

If you are reading this because you are looking rent out your property, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably using craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any further e-mails that appear to be 'Room for Rent' scams, please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
