It is a scam.

There must have been 100 of these identical sites all in rue du General Lanrezac and claiming:

We are the leading provider of medical billing services to consultants, consultant groups and hospitals throughout Ireland and the UK.

but if you do an internet search for that phrase you will find that it belongs to Medserve at https://www.medserv.ltd.uk

I count 54 including this group. I vgrepped the output of a grep, so I could be wrong. There could be others I'm not aware of.

All of them claim to be in Rue du General Lanrezac, which is in some city in France, and to have a French phone number, yet none of them has any French. These were registered by someone claiming to be in Germany, but obviously not actually being there.

These sites are in the process of being reported for fraud.
