It is a scam.

You can only get a Visa through the USA Embassy in your Country.

In order to be an Au Pair in the USA you will have to be interviewed face to face in your country.

You will also have to go through an approved agency.

Your scammer is using a free email address.

Please read here about becoming an Au Pair. >> https://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewt ... =42&t=3019
United States of America

In the USA, all au pairs must go through one of a number of designated sponsor organisations - host families do not directly deal with the arrangement of the au pair's visa/travel etc.

This is the official US Department of State webpage on Au Pair J-1 Visas http://j1visa.state.gov/programs/au-pair.

This page lists the authorised sponsors for the Au Pair program http://j1visa.state.gov/participants/ho ... =Au%20Pair.

If someone claims to be an au pair sponsor and they are not on this list then they are lying.
If they appear on the list, but quote a website that is different to the one on this page - or they use an email address that is not linked to the website listed on this page then they are lying.

You are dealing with a scammer who is pretending to be the real agency. Legitimate agencies do not use free email addresses.

The real agency's website is chinet.org. You can find their phone number and real email address on their website.

Yes they are using that email address to me
  by Bryon Williams

Which email address?

Post the emails and email headers. The scammer is faking the emails.

Once again. You have to get a visa from the USA embassy in your country.

You have to be interviewed in person face to face.

Look below at my signature and post the email headers.

How could I get back my money
  by AlanJones

I am sorry, but the money that you sent is gone - the scammer has used an untraceable and irreversible transfer method and could have collected the money anywhere in the world.
  by Lene jhon

The scammer told me that they haven't cash out the money they ask me to pull out and transfer to another person
  by AlanJones

In that case, urgently contact Western Union and tell them that you have been scammed and ask them to cancel the transfer and refund the money. If the scammer has really not picked the money up then you should get it back.

Stop all contact with the scammers - delete all mails from them unopened and do not accuse them of scamming you (they will just lie to you to try and carry on the scam).
