It's a scam. On his previous website, which has been shut down, he pretended to be in Baltimore, but his phone number was elsewhere in Maryland, and he could not say where in Baltimore, because he isn't there. He refuses to let you interact with the puppies before buying one, because he has no puppies. All he wants is money by Western Union or MoneyGram for a poodle that doesn't exist.

Please post the complete email with complete headers. The registrar and hoster say that we haven't submitted enough evidence of fraud.

I too "almost" got scammed today from this website. Its really sad to know that there are criminals out there preying on victims who are trying to buy a pet. I got suspicious when the breeder never answered his phone and only responded via emails. This is the last email received:
