***** **** was not able to deliver material after a month of attempts. I met with him as a representative of Millennium Blok out of Colorado Springs. He agreed to a full refund July 30 with a 15 day time frame for me to receive my refund. The refund did not come he said the transfer numbers were incorrect. My bank confirmed they were correct and I resent info. He said the money would be there in a day or so no money arrived. He is no longer responding to any of my communications.
