- Product: Bonny Lite Crude Oil, Off-OPEC, CIF Trading
- Quality: Export Grade as per DPR
- Quantity, monthly: 1 million barrels min.
- Quantity, p.a.: 12 million barrels per annum
- Contract: 12 million barrels with possible rolls and extensions up to 30 months
- Delivery: CIF European main seaports (incoterms 2010)
- Price/Discount/bbl: Platts/DTD Brent -$8.00 (gross), -$4.00 /bbl net
- Commissions: $4.00 /barrel to be shared equally buyer’s/seller’s side (seller’s side closed)
