The apartment is exactly as presented in the pictures in the attached file below. We have provided the full necessary details of the apartment in the file below.

Upon receipt of the completed contract acceptance form, the flat would be hold for your inquiry dates and as soon as the payment for the cost of booking is paid, we shall send you the booking confirmation slip/receipt of amount paid and other necessary details like key collection, map/direction, check in/check out process.

Location: Steps to the Beach Coastal & Catalina Sunsets, California.
Rent Rates: $150/night & $1,000/week,
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Seperate WC, Sleeps up to 8 Guests..


-The rent rate includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas etc), VAT and all taxes/surcharges.
-This is a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom and well furnished apartment.
-We supply all linens, and there is a free parking space and high speed wireless Internet/Wifi facility for your convenience.
-Kindly know that due to large number of booking inquires we receive everyday we can not guarantee any reservation without payment deposit received.
-For more details on our holiday apartments, we have provided a website to give full details of every apartment, please take note.



COST OF BOOKING/SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Rent Cost for the 7 weeks is $7,000.
The Security Deposit is $500. (Refundable on your departure date)
The Total Cost of Booking is $7,500.



Payment Terms:
We require a booking deposit of (50% of the rent cost, plus the $500 security deposit) to confirm any booking/reservation and we also give away 15% Discount on every full payment deposit during reservation.


* Part Payment: 50% Rent + Deposit = (3,500 + 500) = $4,000.
* Full Payment: New Rent Cost + Deposit = (6,000 + 500) = $6,500. (15% discount inclusive)


Any reservation is subjected to availability. Please note that your reservation is ONLY confirmed upon receipt of payment deposit in accordance with our terms and conditions.

You are hereby advice to fasten up your booking process.

-We accept Bank Transfer for all payment. The payment can be transfer via online banking or cash deposit at a bank branch.
