It is a scam.

You need to meet your lender face to face and do not pay any advance fees.

I would not trust any scammer from Nigeria.

Hi...Im doing an inquiry about the person...is there any concrete details to be shown that he is really a scam...it seems like you already titled the person upon my inquiry...

As has already been said, it is 100% definitely a scam.

There are no such thing as international lenders. Any one offering you loans must be regulated in your country.

Unless you can physically walk in to your lender's office, consider them a scam.
